Savvy Traveler
*One-time fee, per room up to 4 people- Do you know the dates and resort you want to book? The Savvy Traveller package is ideal for anyone who has done the preliminary resesarch and is ready to place a deposit to secure their trip, but still want the personalized service throughout the vacation. This package includes assistance with booking your flights, resort and transfers or cruise. You’ll have access to my personalized service and real-time human interaction before and during your trip for a seamless personalized experience.
Trendy Traveler
*One-time fee, up to 2 rooms, 10 people- This signature package will give you the full VIP treatment. You’ll receive a proposal of up to 2 destinations with 3 resort suggestions. This will include my handcrafted itineray detailing flights, resort stay, or cruise, transfers, excursion recommendation, destination highlights and when applicable, travel tips and guides. This is the perfect package for a pack and go getaway with Concierge service.
Weddings & Groups
Pricing and availability on request- You’ve decided to say I do in paradise. Or maybe you want to celebrate a milestone with friends and family in a tropical setting. There are many benefits to destination wedddings and group travel. Let Rachel take the stress out of the planning and booking details. These special moments should be focussed on making connections with your loved ones for a memorable experience.
Service planning fees are non-refundable and should you forgoe booking with Rachel Bertrand, no refund will be given.
Why do you charge an Concierge service fee?
For starters, there is a lot of time, effort and expertise put into planning your vacation. This makes sure the time I put into planning your vacation is compensated. As a travel advisor, I only get paid commission by the resort once my clients travel. This fee covers my time and expertise shall something occurs and you can’t travel. I can assure you that the fee is well worth the quality of service you will receive.
Why should I book my trip with you instead of online?
Do I have to pay the fee again if I use your service more than once?
Yes! I LOVE repeat clients! This means that my service was exactly what you needed and I provided quality planning and concierge service. My returning clients pay the fee every time because they know the quality of my service is worth this modest fee.
What if I have a group? Do we all need to pay the agency fee?
While group travel is so much fun, it can be very stressful to plan and book. Having someone like me take care of all the details will take the stress off everyone in the group regarding the planning portion so you can focus and enjoy making connections while on vacation and not having to stress about the pre-travel arrangements. Fees for groups are different and require more information to determine what service fee is charged. To add, traveling as a group has many benefits, including added perks. If you have more than 10 people, you should definitely consider a group booking.
